What is your area of expertise?
My area of expertise is focused on implementation of chromatographic methods as GC, HPLC and LC-MS for determination
of compounds and products of secondary metabolism in rumen fluid.
Where does your focus lie within your current project(s)? (related to methane)
My interest in current projects is focusing on methane determining factors associated with variation in
methane production as well as on implementation of chromatographic methods for measurement of methane emission
in relation to animal nutrition and digestion.
What would be the added value for you of joining an international researchers network? (such as the
METHAGENE network)
To join international researchers network would provide me the opportunity to exchange experiences of methane
determining factors and possibility of international collaboration.
What and/or who inspired you to make a career in science?
My teacher of chemistry at secondary grammar school.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I like to implement methods in animal science and to be a part of research group creating one unit.
