My name is Troels Kristensen, 59 years old from Foulum in Denmark. I have been working at the National Institute for Agriculture
Research – now part of Aarhus University - during more than 30 years.
What is your area of expertise?
Production systems, feeding and pasture management, sustainable livestock.
Where does your focus lie within your current project(s)? (related to methane)
Development of livestock production from a holistic farm perspective taking into account the interactions between the
different components of the livestock system and the management.
What would be the added value for you of joining an international researchers network? (such as the
METHAGENE network, or the RuminOmics project)
Getting in touch with colleges working with livestock from different perspectives.
